2015 में फ्रीज में गौ मांस रखने के आरोप में भीड़ ने बुजुर्ग अखलाक की हत्या कर दी, सियासी गलियारे में बवंडर मचा तो चर्चा इस बात की शुरु हो गई कि क्या फ्रीज में गौमांस था कि नहीं। मतलब ये कि भीड़ ने किसी की पीटकर हत्या कर दी इसकी चर्चा गायब हो गई. वक्त गुजरा और अलवर में पहलू खान नाम के बुजुर्ग की गाय तस्करी के नाम पर पीट पीटकर मार डाला गया, कुछ वक्त बाद बुलंदशहर में दंगा रोकने गए इंस्पेक्टर सुबोध सिंह की हत्या कर दी गई. ऐसे ही अलीमुद्दीन, तौहीद, इम्तियाज व तबरेज अंसारी जैसे लोगों की भीड़ ने पीट पीटकर हत्या कर दी। 
मुस्लिमों की हत्या से शुरु हुआ ये क्रम दलितों आदिवासियों से होते हुए साधु-संतो के शिकार तक पहुंच गया, और महाराष्ट्र के पालघर इलाके में आतताई भीड़ ने जूना अखाड़े के दो साधुओ और उनके एक ड्राइवर को लाठी डंडो से पीटकर मौत के घाट उतार दिया. घटना के वीडियो वायरल हुए मजहबी नफरत फैलाने वालों को मानों मसाला मिल गया हो, उन्होंने इसे हिन्दू मुस्लिम का एंगल देते हुए सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करना शुरु कर दिया, इसकी गंभीरता ऐसे समझी जा सकती है कि स्वयं प्रदेश के गृह मंत्री अनिल देशमुख को सामने आकर कहना पड़ा कि मारने और मरने वाले एक ही धर्म के थे.

हत्या को जस्टिफाई करने का काम सिर्फ एक ही वर्ग में दिखा है, उसे धर्म की ऐसी चासनी चटा दी गई है कि हर समस्या की जड़ मुसलमान लगता है। अब जब साधुओं की हत्या के बाद न्याय की मांग उठनी चाहिए तब भाजपा, संघ व उनका आईटी सेल इस कोशिश में लग गए कि किसी भी तरह मुसलमानों को इस हत्या का जिम्मेदार बता दिया जाए, ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि इससे समर्थक उग्र होंगे, वह और कट्टर होंगे और पार्टी से जुड़े रहेंगे। पिछले कई सालों से पार्टी के नेता यही तो कर रहे हैं, हमेशा आग में डालने के लिए ‘मजहबी घी’ की तलाश करते हैं।

सवाल ये है कि मॉब लिंचिंग को बढ़ावा किसने दिया? किसने इस भीड़ को इतना अधिकार दे दिया कि जिसे चाहो उसे पीट पीटकर मौत के घाट उतार दो? इसका जवाब भी एकदम सीधा है, कुछ वक्त पहले झारखंड में तबरेज को 9 घंटे तक बांधकर पीटा गया जब उसकी मौत हुई तो उसकी हत्या को उसके तथाकथित चोर होने से जस्टिफाई किया जा रहा था, मतलब ये कि जैसे चोर को मार डालना एकदम नार्मल हो। इसके पीछे भाजपा का आईटी सेल और उसके अंध समर्थक हैं। जो धर्म युद्ध के नाम पर कत्लेआम को भी सही मानने लग गए हैं। 
 
इसी में एक वर्ग है जो ऐसी घटना देखते ही रवीश कुमार, राजदीप से लेकर ममता बनर्जी, अखिलेश यादव व केजरीवाल को घेरने लगता है और कहता है कि फला मुद्दे पर बोलने वाले इन नेताओं व पत्रकारों की जुबान सिल गई है, मतलब ये कि ये व्यक्ति दूसरों से तो उम्मीद करता है कि इस मुद्दे पर बोले व लिखे लेकिन ये व्यक्ति दूसरे वर्ग के किसी व्यक्ति की हत्या पर दुख नहीं जताया बल्कि उसे अपने कुतर्कों के जरिए सही बताने में लगा रहा.

ऐसे वक्त में हमें भीड़ के नफरती बनने के क्रम को रोकना होगा, समाज के जिम्मेदार व सुलझे हुए लोगों पर ये जिम्मेदारी बढ़ गई है कि वह लोगों को जांबी बनने से रोके, हर घटना के लिए मुसलमान को ही जिम्मेदार न माने, बेवजह अफवाह फैलाने वालों को रोके, IT सेल की अफवाहों से जितने दूर रहेंगे उतने सुरक्षित रहेंगे, बाकी टीवी पर घंटो हिन्दू धर्मगुरुओं और मौलवियों को लड़ते देखेंगे तो दिमाग के सोचने समझने की क्षमता चली जाएगी। इसलिए कम देखिए या फिर न ही देखिए। ऐसा करने से ही आप मॉब लिंचिंग को रोक सकते हैं।

केविन कार्टर की उस तस्वीर की कहानी आज हमारे देश में हकीकत बनी घूम रही है। उस तस्वीर में जो गरीब लड़का था वैसे ही निराश, हताश और हालात से हारे हुए गरीब लोग आज सड़कों पर हैं; बांद्रा रेलवे स्टेशन पर, सूरत में, शहरों की गलियों में सब्जी बेचते हुए, दिल्ली में यमुना किनारे ज़मीन पर लेटे हुए।

बस थोड़ा सा अंतर है। अंतर ये कि देश की इस हकीकत वाली तस्वीर में केवल एक गिद्ध नहीं बल्कि दो तरह के गिद्ध हैं।  

1. कोरोना संकट के कारण लगाया गया लॉकडाउन।
2. कैमरे के पीछे इस भीड़ को कवर करने के बहाने इनके खिलाफ नैरेटिव सेट करने वाले गोदी पत्रकार। 

पहले वाला गिद्ध हमारी मजबूरी है। दूसरे तरह का गिद्ध हमारी बदकिस्मीती। इन गिद्धों को गरीबी का दंश झेलते मज़दूर अपना प्रोपेगैण्डा चलाने का एक ज़रिया मात्र नज़र आते हैं। वो साम-दाम-दंड-भेद के ज़रिए इस भीड़ को बदनाम करने में लग जाते है। या तो भीड़ को मुसलमान घोषित कर ने की कोशिश करता है। इसमें सफल होते ही बाकी मकसद पूरे। और अगर ऐसा करने में कामयाब नहीं हुए नहीं तो भीड़ को कोरोना कैरियर के रूप में पेंट करने लगते हैं।

गोदीमीडियाऔरइस्लामोफोबिया
जिस दिन लॉकडाउन 2 की घोषणा हुई, उसी दिन बांद्रा स्टेशन पर सैंकड़ों की तादाद में लोग पहुँचे थे। निराश भी थे और एक अफ़वाह के शिकार भी। घर जाना चाहते थे – किसी भी तरह। लेकिन लॉकडाउन की घोषणा के साथ ही ट्रेनें कैंसिल हो गईं और इन गरीबों का सपना टूट गया। पर देश के नामी संपादकों/ पत्रकारों/ एंकरों को गरीबों का टूटा हुआ सपना नहीं दिखा। उन्हें एक दिन पहले तक रेलवे मे चल रही ट्रेन चलाने की संभावनाओं की चर्चा भी नहीं दिखी – उन्हें दिखी बांद्रा रेलवे स्टेशन के पास खड़ी मस्जिद। आप की अदालत वाले पत्रकार इस बार सचमुच के जज बन गए। और लगभग घोषणा कर दी कि भीड़ न तो निराश है न हताश। बस मस्जिद द्वारा मैनेज्ड है।

एक बड़े निजी न्यूज़ चैनल ने बार-बार ये नैरेटिव सेट करने की कोशिश की कि ये भीड़ मस्जिद के द्वारा मैनेज की गई है। सोशल मीडिया पर इस बात की लहर चल पड़ी। तो कैमरे के पीछे खड़े जिन गिद्धों का जिक्र मैं कर रहा था, उन्होंने गरीबों के मुद्दों को नोंच लिया और इंसानों को मुसलमान बना दिया।

गोदी मीडिया के कैमरों के पीछे मौजूद इन गिद्धों के इस्लामोफोबिया ने देश के ताने-बाने को खत्म करने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी है। हालात ये हैं कि कोई जावेद सब्जी बेचने जाता है तो उसे अपना नाम संजय बताना पड़ता है। मुसलमान नाम वाले सब्जी बेचने वाले को लोग अपना दुश्मान समझते हैं और उसे मारते-पीटते हैं। कोरोना संकट में कोरोना वायरस से बड़ा दुश्मन मुसलमानों को बनाने की कोशिश की गई है इन गिद्धों के ज़रिए।

लॉकडाउन का ये समय इन गिद्धों को एक अवसर के रूप में दिखा। अवसर नफरत फैलाने का। प्रोपैगेण्डा ठूँसने का। और भक्ति में आकंठ से भी थोड़ा ज्यादा डूब जाने का। केविन कार्टर के मन में जिन अहसासों ने जन्म लिया, उसकी अपेक्षा इनसे नहीं की जा सकती। इसलिए ज़रूरी है कि हम खुद ही इन गिद्धों को पहचानें। गरीबों, मज़दूरों के साथ कम से कम आत्मिक संवेदना रखें। ताकि साप्रदायिकता का वायरस हमें खत्म न कर दे।

भारतीय मीडिया जगत में अपना नाम स्थापित कर चुके रजत शर्मा ने मुंबई के बांद्रा स्टेशन पर उमड़ी दिहाड़ी मजदूरों की भीड़ को लेकर ट्वीट किया, उन्होंने लिखा, ‘बांद्रा में जामा मस्जिद के बाहर इतनी बड़ी संख्या में लोगों का इकट्ठा चिंता की बात है, इन्हें किसने बुलाया? अगर ये लोग घर जाने के लिए ट्रेन पकड़ने के लिए आए हैं तो उनके हाथों में सामान क्यों नहीं है?’

इस ट्वीट में उन्होंने बांद्रा के रेलवे स्टेशन की जगह जामा मस्जिद लिखा है, दिहाड़ी मजदूरों की भीड़ को उन्होंने मस्जिद से जोड़कर अपने मजहबी नफरत वाले मंसूबे दिखा दिए, जिस जामा मस्जिद का जिक्र रजत शर्मा ने अपने ट्वीट में किया है और इंडिया टीवी ने दिखाया है, वह बांद्रा स्टेशन से 270 किलोमीटर दूर है। स्टेशन के बगल एक मस्जिद है जिससे इस भीड़ का कोई मतलब ही नहीं। कहने का मतलब ये कि अगर इलाहाबाद जंक्शन के बाहर भीड़ लग जाए तो रजत शर्मा लिखेंगे इलाहाबाद रामजानकी मंदिर के बाहर भीड़ क्यों इकट्ठा हो गई। 
रजत शर्मा ने मजदूरों के हाथों में बैग नहीं होने को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए, मतलब ये कि उन्हें मजदूरों के लिए हुए इंतजाम, प्रशासन की नाकामी नहीं दिखती, उन्हें बस अपने आका के खिलाफ साजिश दिखती है। उन्हें मजदूरों के हाथों में ब्रांडेड बैग देखने थे, उन्हें उनकी आंखो पर चश्मा देखना था, तब हो सकता है कि वह मान जाए कि मजदूर गांव जा रहा है।

रजत शर्मा का न्यूज पढ़ने का तरीका एकदम बदल गया है, न्यूज बताने से ज्यादा अपना ओपिनियन ठूंस देते हैं, ‘ओह, कितना दुखद, शर्म नहीं आई, सपने में भी नहीं सोच सकता जैसे तमाम शब्दों के जरिए वह मुस्लिमों को कटघरे में खड़ा कर देते हैं। अक्सर अपने प्रोग्रामों में हिन्दू-मुस्लिम मुद्दें को ही तवज्जों देने वाले रजत शर्मा ने दूसरे वर्ग के दर्शकों को जॉम्बी बनाने के लिए जितना कुछ किया जा सकता है उसका कर रहे हैं। नफरत बांटने में वह जी न्यूज वाले सुधीर चौधरी के एकदम बराबर आ चुके हैं।

मजदूरों की भीड़ को मस्जिद से जोड़ने वाले रजत शर्मा को पद्मश्री का ख्याल रखना चाहिए। कम से कम इतना तो मुझे पता है कि ये ऑवार्ड उन्हें सांप्रदायिक नफरत फैलाने के लिए नहीं मिला है। उन्हें गुजरात की भीड़, दिल्ली बस स्टैंड की भीड़, तमिलनाडु में खाने के लिए परेशान लोगों की भीड़ को एक ही नजरिए से देखने की जरूरत है, इस लॉकडाउन में मजदूरों की सबसे बड़ी समस्या खाने को लेकर ही है, उसे जाति-सम्प्रदायों में न ही बांटिए तभी बेहतर है।Source link

कोरोना वायरस से देश में बढ़ रहा खतरा: 
कोरोनावायरस (COVID-19 ), दुनिया के 180 से ज्यादा देशों के लोग इससे प्रभावित है, लाखों लोगों को यह अपनी चपेट में ले चुका है, हजारों लोग इस बीमारी से अपनी जान गँवा चुके है। WHO (World Health Organisation) इस वायरस को महामारी घोषित कर चुका है। चीन, इटली, स्पेन, ईरान, जर्मनी, अमेरिका, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, UK जैसे कई विकसित देश इस बीमारी के आगे घुटने टेक चुके है। इस वायरस से मरने वालों की संख्या हजारों में है। 
 
हालांकि इन सभी देशों ने इस वायरस को रोकने के लिए हर संभव प्रयास किये थे और कर भी रहे है, लेकिन हालात अब बिगड़ चुके है। अगर भारत की बात की जाए तो यहां भी इस वायरस से संक्रमित लोगों का आंकड़ा 700 के पार हो चला है और 14 से अधिक लोगों की मौत भी हो चुकी है। हालांकि यह नंबर बाकी देशों की तुलना में काफी कम है लेकिन ख़तरा गंभीर ही है। इसके रोकथाम के लिए सरकार अपने स्तर पर प्रयास करती दिख रही है। 

इन हालात में क्या सही है और क्या गलत:
सबसे पहले तो हमें यह समझने की जरूरत है कि जो फैसले सरकार ले रही है वो हमारी भलाई के लिए ले रही है। हमें किसी भी अफ़वाह का शिकार नहीं होना है। कुछ अनावश्यक तत्व जिनमे इंसानियत नाम की कोई चीज़ नहीं है इस नाज़ुक हालत में भी अफवाह फैलाने में लगे है जो इस हालात के हिसाब से बिलकुल गलत है. हम सभी को इससे बचने की जरूरत है और बाकी लोगो को भी समझाने की जरूरत है की ऐसी अफवाहों में ना आएं। ऐसे हालात में हमें सरकार द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करना चाहिए। इस वायरस के बढते खतरे को देखते हुए देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी दो बार देश को संबोधित कर चुके है और दोनों बार उन्होंने लोगों से आग्रह किया है की सभी घर में रहे। यह हमारी ज़िम्मेदारी है कि हम सरकार का साथ दे और खुद भी घर में रहे और लोगों को भी जागरूक करें कि वो भी अपने परिवार के साथ घरों में सुरक्षित रहें। हम सब मिलकर ही महामारी से लड़ सकते है। let’s do it together… 
 
सरकार द्वारा किए लॉकडाउन का हो अनुसरण: 
भारत सरकार द्वारा 21 दिन के लिए देश को लॉक-डाउन किया गया है। लेकिन चिंता का विषय यह है कि हमारे देश की जनता इस लॉक-डाउन का पालन अच्छे से नहीं कर रही है। देश वासियों द्वारा  लॉक-डाउन के नियमों को लगातार तोडा जा रहा है। कुछ लोग इसे मजाक में लिए हुए हैं। उन्हें बिल्कुल अंदेशा नहीं है कि उनके कृत्य समाज और आसपास के लोगों के लिए कितने ख़तरनाक साबित हो सकते हैं। इस बात की वकालत नहीं की जा सकती है कि सिर्फ लॉकडाउन ही इस बीमारी का इलाज़ है लेकिन मौजूदा हालात के मद्देनजर लॉक-डाउन के अलावा कोई कारगर विकल्प नहीं है। लॉकडाउन का पालन करके हम COVID-19 को आगे बढ़ने से रोक सकते हैं। इस समय तथाकथित देशभक्त अपने कर्तव्य से पीछे भाग रहे हैं जो 15 अगस्त, 26 जनवरी समेत कई अन्य मौकों पर झंडा लेकर देशभक्ति की बाते करते हैं । शायद जिंदगी में पहली बार ऐसा मौका आया है कि हम घरों में बैठ कर देश सेवा कर सकते है,  इस महामारी को फैलने से रोक सकते है और हजारों जान बचा सकते है। इस समय घर पर रहना ही सबसे बड़ी देश-भक्ति है।
 
हौसला रखें ये वक्त भी गुजर जाएगा…

प्रधानमंत्री 8 बजे भाषण देते है, भाषण समाप्त भी नहीं होता है कि लोगों की भीड़ गलियों की दुकानों पर जमा होने लगती है। किसी को आटा चाहिए किसी को दाल किसी को मसाले। डरे हुए लोग रोजमर्रा का राशन जमा करने दौड़ पड़ते है। उन्हें प्रधानमंत्री के अनुसार 21 दिनों तक यह लड़ाई लड़नी है।

हर दुकान के बाहर 50 से 60 लोग दिखाई पड़ते हैं। मौजपुर (दिल्ली) के कबीर नगर में गफूर चौक पर विपिन जनरल स्टोर है। जनरल स्टोर के मालिक 21 दिनों बाद शायद करोड़पति हो जाएं। घटें के हिसाब से लाला जी चीजों के दाम सुबह से ही बढ़ा रहे थे लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री जी के भाषण के बाद इन्होंने लम्बी छलांग लगाई।

कल जो हाथी ब्रांड आटे का कट्टा 280 रुपये में दे रहे थे, अब वो 350 रुपये का है। इतना मंहगा क्यों दे रहे हो पूछने पर कहते हैं कि पीछे से ही मंहगा आया है। हर घंटे पीछे से उनको महंगा सामान मिला है। सिर्फ आटा ही मंहगा नहीं है बल्कि हर सामान आसमान छूती कीमतों पर बेचा जा रहा है।

परसों 15 किलो तेल के जिस टीन को 1400 रूपये में बेच रहे थे आज वो 1700 रूपये में है। लोग नहीं देख रहे कि कितने में क्या सामान लाला जी दे रहे है? बस लोगों को राशन जमा करना है अगले 21 दिनों तक उन्हें यह लड़ाई लड़नी है जिसका रास्ता लाला जी की दुकान से होकर गुजरता है।

यह सिर्फ एक विपिन जनरल स्टोर की कहानी नहीं है बल्कि हर गली में किसी ने किसी किराना स्टोर की लूट है जिसने 8 बजे के भाषण के बाद रफ्तार पकड़ ली। क्या 8 बजे का भाषण देने से पहले प्रधानमंत्री ने एक भी बार सोचा होगा कि भारत का गरीब आदमी किस तरह से पैसे का इंतजाम करके दुकानों की तरफ दौड़ा होगा?

प्रधानमंत्री देश के आम लोगों से बहुत दूर बैठते है। क्या इन लोगों की परेशानी उनकी कल्पनाशीलता में आती होगी कि कैसे कोई अवसरवादी इन लोगों की मजबूरी का फायदा उठा रहा है? क्या उन तक यह खबर पहुंचती होगी कि देश के इस गरीब आदमी का गला किसी छोटी सी गली का विपिन किराना स्टोर काट रहा होगा?

खाद्य रसद आपूर्ति मंत्री क्या इन दुकानदारों की जमाखोरी और मुनाफाखोरी को रोक सकते है? क्या उंचे पदों पर बैठे लोग इस गणित को समझ सकते है कि 280 रूपये में मिलने वाला 10 किलो आटा जब 350 का मिलता है तो आम आदमी पर क्या फर्क पड़ता होगा?

बाजार बंद है सिर्फ गली मोहल्लों की दुकानें ही खुली। रात 12 बजे तक यह लूट जमकर हुई। डरे हुए लोग सवाल नहीं करते कि आटा दाल चावल इतना मंहगा क्यों है? उनके लिए सिर्फ जिंदा रहना ही सबसे बड़ी जीत होता है। 8 बजे के बाद देश में लोगों को आसानी से डराया जा सकता है इसके कई सफल नमूने हमने पिछली बार भी देखें है।

सरकारें सिर्फ हैंडिग फ्लैश करती है। वह शीर्षक दिखाकर लोगों के दिल जीत लेती है। क्या पता किसी रात 8 बजे टेलीविजन से कोई मुनादी सुनाई दे और सारा देश सड़कों पर नाचता दिखाई दे! लेकिन इस नाच-गाने और घंटे-घड़ियाल के शोर के बीच 8 बजे घोषणा करने वालो को सोचना चाहिए कि किसी डरे हुए गरीब का मातम किसी मुनाफाखोर बनिए के लिए शादियानों में ना तब्दील हो जाएं!

8 बजे की घोषणा करने वालों को अगर यह समझ आ गया तो फिर गली की छोटी सी दुकान पर बैठा हुआ कोई विपिन किराने वाला किसी गरीब का गला नहीं काट रहा होगा!
